Since I am a one man operation I prefer to deal with clients and customers on a one on one basis. All of my work is strictly custom, I don't have any items ready made. I made the decision when I first started doing this to provide a unique product and service that was unavailable previously. Each item I make is truly one of a kind since they are usually designed in large part by the customer and refined by me to be conducive to the medium. Even if a design is used again for another project there will always be subtle differences that exist. I have one goal in mind: To offer my clients the resource to obtain what they have always wanted but could never find. I always strive to maintain the highest quality possible without exception. I don't have alot of complicated legaleeze to explain my policy. Basically I am committed to achieving your total satisfaction or you can send it back for a refund. I haven't had to do this yet so I can only assume it's working!

The best way to order one of my pieces is to simply call me at my shop. I have a home based business so I'm seldom out of touch. Things to keep in mind when designing your project are:

Basic design of strap (did a strap on my site appeal to you?). Special design considerations such as initials, custom graphics.

Overall color desired.

Length (If known) My straps are usually made to 48" with an adjustment range of 44-52". Custom lengths are available of course. Extra long straps (over 52") are subject to a materials surcharge.

Do you want a sheepskin shoulder pad? (They are standard but not required).

Do you have a pattern or general design in mind?

What kind of shell do you want? I have a wide variety of materials available including all of the major varieties of shell, synthetics such as turquoise and malachite, metals and many more.

Inlays into fingerboard of guitars with bolt on necks can be done by shipping the neck only. This saves shipping costs both ways and is much easier to package. If you are having inlays done on an aftermarket neck such as those made by Warmoth please have them send the neck unfretted. The inlays are best done before the fretting is done. If you are having inlays done on a neck that has already been fretted that's fine. I have done this many times. It may be necessary to remove the frets in the area that the inlay will occupy if the inlay will cross fret lines. They will be replaced afterword. I am a fully qualified guitar technician and am very familiar and experienced with re-fretting.

I accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal and money orders. Personal checks are fine but I must wait for the funds to clear before starting the order. A 50% deposit is required for all projects. In the case of credit card transactions the card will be pre authorized before beginning work.
